With our planet facing some of the biggest engineering challenges we’ve ever seen, engineering truly needs everyone!

Hi, I’m Beth. I’ve been working in Engineering since 2016 and the one thing that has been super apparent to me is the lack of women in the industry. Most people think this is just due to poor hiring campaigns or girls not being encouraged to pursue STEM at higher education… but when studies show that even Primary School-aged children identify Engineers with men [1] …. it’s clear that something needs to change!

My goal is to create a suite of picture books, aimed at 4-7 year olds to demonstrate that STEM is for everyone!
